What is the uniform?

During Ceremony:

Military:  Semi-Formal / Mess Dress - Civilians: Black Tie Formal

Reception:

Military:  Semi-Formal / Mess Dress / Option to change into Black Tie Formal

How much is the hotel room?

There are a block of rooms at the  Double Tree by Hilton – Bloomington (where the Ball is hosted) for $99 / night. 

Rooms must be reserved by Thursday, September 1, 2022 in order to be guaranteed that rate. The room rate is good for both Friday and Saturday nights, if you want to make it a weekend getaway! To reserve a room, please book here.

Who is allowed to attend?

All Military members, past and present and their spouses/significant others. Children  of 934th members, age 16+ are welcome to attend with parent/guardian.

The meal choices are beef, chicken, or vegetarian entrees.  All entrees include salad, dessert, coffee and tea.

What is the event schedule?

 Social: 5:00 pm 

Ceremony & Dinner: 6:00 - 9:00 pm

DJ & Dancing: 9:00 pm - 12:00 am

What time can I check into my room at the Hilton?

Check-in time is 3 pm.

Check-out is 12 noon.

General - $10,000

• 6 tickets to the ball & admission for 6 to DV reception
