Who is allowed to attend?

All Military members, past and present and their spouses/significant others.

Children  of 934th members, age 16+ are welcome to attend with parent/guardian.

Ticket price includes entry into the event, plated meal & gravitas gift.

The meal choices are beef, chicken, or vegetarian entrees.  All entrees include salad, dessert, coffee and tea.

Will there be a challenge coin for purchase?

Absolutely! Challenge coins can be purchased as an Add-On when you buy your ball tickets. Anyone who orders through this method is guaranteed their coin on the night of the event. There will be an option to purchase a coin during check-in at the event, if any coins are still available after pre-sales.

What is the event schedule?

 Social: 5:00 pm 

Ceremony & Dinner: 6:00 - 9:00 pm

DJ & Dancing: 9:00 pm - 12:00 am

Will there be an open bar?

There will be a cash bar only

How much is the hotel room?

There are a block of rooms at the  Double Tree by Hilton – Bloomington (where the Ball is hosted) for $99 / night. 

Rooms must be reserved by Thursday, September 1, 2022 in order to be guaranteed that rate. The room rate is good for both Friday and Saturday nights, if you want to make it a weekend getaway! To reserve a room, please book here.

What time can I check into my room at the Hilton?

Check-in time is 3 pm

Check-out is 12 noon
